Looking for a specific book

I'm trying to find an older book, or series of books, that I read, but I can't for the life of me recall the author or the title, just the cover. I would appreciate the help in finding the series again. I'll post what I know about the book here.
-Girl on the cover, leaping over the rooftops at night in a cloak
-cloak is shown as many over-lapped strips of cloth, they spread out as she's jumping

I just wanted to say I've been watching you for quite a while, and am a huge fan of your Romantic Literature. I swear to goodness, their the exact kind of thing I envision for, whenever I'm looking for, what to me could be described as, 'A perfect book.' I can't express the feelings I get whenever I re-read one of your short stories. Their truly beautiful, and oh so very, very sweet, warm, and touching.
And that's just to keep this comment brief. I could go on. XDD
And it's so very precious to see their inspiring by moments between you and your girlfriend. Why can't more couples be as sweet as you two? X3

Admittedly, I have a bit of a soft spot for romantic moments as well.
Sadly, though, the girl in the literature and I are no longer together.
Still nice to have the memories, though. If I'm fortunate enough to meet someone else, I might do more in the future.
